HANDS AND A BOWLING BALL

Shel here: It's been a fun day.....made a couple hands.....

and dropped a heavy ball. (Almost forgot to pick up our daughter from her playdate though.....this stuff is dangerous!)

I'm not criticizing, so much as critiquing this, and because I don't know what the ball is supposed to be made out of, I can't really say much on how high it should bounce. You might want to have some bigger increments between the ease ins and outs, though. If that were a bowling ball, it wouldn't bounce at all...Except maybe after it went through a couple of floors ;)

Wow, it looks like you've got a really good grasp of anatomy! I'm particularly looking at the hips on the sculpt -- I can totally sense where the pelvis is, underneath the flesh.

Very exciting!

hey pram,

i'm always open to feedback. i was intending that to be a bowling ball. i actually found a live action shot of a bowling ball on you tube to use for reference (it really bounced, believe it or not!). thanks for your input. --shel

That is one heavy looking ball, Shel! Fooled me completely. And the hands are truly good. Sigh, talent.
